What is your target project budget? We typically advise our clients that new construction costs can range from $180/sqft to $300/sqft based on complexity, finishes, site conditions, and overall scope/scale of the project. Furthermore, we recommend that roughly 7% - 9% of the total project budget be applied towards the design work required to prepare full construction documents (architectural & structural engineering). *
